1. Overview
PlantFlow is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by AnPres Ltd (Company No. SC894433, registered in Scotland). This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and how refunds and free trials are handled.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your PlantFlow subscription at any time, directly from the Subscription area of your admin dashboard or via the Stripe billing portal. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum contract term.
Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
3. Access after cancellation
When you cancel, your access to PlantFlow continues until the end of the current billing period that you have already paid for. You will keep full access to your workspace, data and features up to that date, after which the subscription will close.
4. Refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods — if you cancel part-way through a month or year, you will not receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion, but you will retain access until the end of that period as described above.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe you have been charged in error, or there is a genuine billing mistake, please contact us and we will put it right.
5. Free trials
New PlantFlow accounts start with a free trial. During the trial you can explore the platform without being charged.
- Free trial users are not charged if they cancel before the free trial ends.
- If you do not add a paid subscription, your trial simply lapses — you will not be automatically billed without setting up a paid plan.
- Any bonus or promotional asset tokens granted during the trial are applied to reduce your billable usage if and when you upgrade to a paid plan.
